The blue, red, and his Father's variants are present in Karate Man Kicks, Karate Man Combos and Karate Man Senior's files. And I am playing Tengoku on emulator - I'm not sure if that gives me an advantage over someone playing on GBA. Also in every Karate Man minigame's files is an unused Kick crouching startup piece for Karate Joe that was previously used in Karate Man in Rhythm Heaven, but isn't present in Megamix. I haven't played the DS version in several months and I was relatively inexperienced back then (it was my 1st Rhythm Heaven game) though, so my impression of it might be inaccurate. Tengoku because it's straightforward with simple controls despite sometimes having very strict timingĭS because the tap/flick controls were a fun quirk but sometimes made things unnecessarily hard, and I seem to remember it had hard remixes as wellįever because the controls are the most uncomfortable/tiring for the hand especially when you have to do several quick inputs, and some of the remixes (+ a few games) are really rough (harsh scoring system?) Megamix (not counting the more advanced challenges) because it's lenient on the timing and has a handy indicator, in addition to simple controls What do you guys think? Which ones are easier/harder and why (in your opinion)?įrom easiest to hardest, I'd probably rank them like this: However, when I actually tried Tengoku and later Fever, I realized that I find Fever harder than Tengoku, possibly the hardest in the series. From reading people's comments on Youtube and other sites, I was under the impression that Tengoku was the hardest game in the series and that each one got progressively easier since then.
